We all are very well aware that we are not treating the earth in a proper manner. While we know the solution to make this planet cleaner, it is our negligence that takes over our minds. It is necessary we change ourselves and our habits.

On the occasion of earth day, popular TV celebs are raising their voice. Here’s what they have to convey to their fans…

Parth Samthaan: We need to stop honking and reduce noise pollution. We do not see that in other countries as much as in India. We need to reduce air pollution too.

Rubina Dilaik: Air pollution – We have neglected or taken for granted the importance of breathing and to emphasize that. If we don’t breath, we’ll die. We are inhaling air full of pollution. We are filling our lungs with dust, smoke and chemicals in the air. It is affecting our lifestyle, body, health and much more. It needs an immediate attention as our source of life is contaminated. How are we going to guarantee a quality life if we do not pay attention to?

Muskaan Mihani: Nowadays due to pollution people are facing severe health problems. The everyday traffic is increasing and so is the pollution and half of our lives are literally bring spent on the road. The consumption of diesel, petrol, etc. should be decreased. And planting trees is another important measure that needs to be taken. At least the tress will help somewhere balance out.

Aishwarya Sakhuja: Use of plastic...it needs to be banned NOW.. do i need to spell it out as to why its needed...biggest biggest polluter of our environment.

Arjun Bijlani: Coal and natural gas are the most common sources of energy that gets turned into electricity. The burning of these substances is a major factor in world air pollution. Reducing your reliance on electricity is a great way to play a part in saving the planet.
