And TV’s comedy show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai is well-known for its desi gags and the lead character Bhabhiji saying “Sahi Pakde Hain”. Recently, there was a report of Shubhangi Atre aka Bhabhiji quitting the show to join politics.
As per reports, replying to the news Shubhangi has affirmed, “I'm not quitting my show. I really don't know where these baseless rumors are coming from. People had spotted me at some political event and even the ongoing track in the show is about me standing in an election. So maybe rumors are coming from there. I'm enjoying playing the character and love entertaining my fans.”
Shubhangi Atre had replaced Shilpa Shinde as Bhabhiji after the controversy with the production house and the channel.
