mumbai- It is very rare that we don’t get to see television set in homes, otherwise, ‘TV’ has added to our list of basic necessities. 21st November is widely celebrated as ‘Television Day’. On 15th September 1959, ‘TV’ entered Delhi, in 1972 in Mumbai and Amritsar. TV completed 57 years and has completed 44 years in Mumbai. It started with Doordarshan and today n number of channels are ruling.
