World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) most decorated special event of the year - Wrestlemania - saw a lot of surprises and action-packed matches.
The 35th edition of Wrestlemania saw Triple H lock horns with Batista, Becky Lynch winning both the women's titles, Seth Rollins defeating Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship and of course, fan favourite Kofi Kingston winning the WWE Championship against Daniel Bryan.
Not only the fight itself but the storyline that led up to the match was brilliantly scripted. But after the match, what Kofi Kingston said along with his 'New Day' teammates ( Big E and Xavier Woods) was amazing for all Indian fans, as he used Zoya Akhtar-directed Gully Boy's famous tagline 'Apna Time Aayega'.
Fans on hearing Kofi's post-fight interview were more than excited to see him addressing India's popular film and speaking Hindi. The New Day have visited India earlier to promote WWE here while auditioning the aspiring wrestlers in the country to help them become WWE superstars in the future.
