The cosmetic and beauty industry around the world has been undergoing a ‘mini’ revolution literally. From large size packaging to smaller sizes that are affordable, portable and allow the user to trust the product before investing large amounts in it, multiple Indian brands are going the mini way.
Promising happy skin to their customers, leading brand Love Organically has also joined the bandwagon with mini editions of their beauty products. Founder Deepshikha Deshmukh believes that offering mini versions allows consumers many additional benefits.
She says, “Smaller versions of cosmetics and beauty products are catching up in India as well. They are definitely more convenient, portable and accessible for everyone. We have recently adapted some of our face packs into mini versions and we are receiving a huge response. Right from our oily skin face pack and skin brightening face pack to the anti-tan face pack and glow face pack, we are seeing a rising demand and interest in these versions. From the feedback we have been getting, as an industry we believe this trend is here to stay and I am pretty sure we will grow with it.”
Mini versions of products are also millennial friendly considering their budgets. Apart from Love Organically, many other Indian brands including Biotique, Nykaa, Lotus, Kama Ayurveda, Forest Essentials, and Mama Earth have also started tiny versions of their products.
