On the occasion of Vijayadashami, Railway police at Wadala worshipped their arms and weapons. Senior police inspector I. B. Sarode and other officers took part in it. This is an age old tradition as it is believed that in Mahabharat Pandavas worshipped their weapons on Vijayadashmi before leaving for Kurukshetra.
