Pa Pa Ya, the modern Asian bistro by the House of Massive Restaurants has introduced a new menu which comprises of 68 varieties of dim sum curated by Chef Sahil Singh, Corporate Executive Chef at Massive Restaurants (Papaya, TYGR, and Botai). 


Using organic and fresh produce along with ingredients sourced from the region of origin throughout Asia, Chef Sahil has curated this exclusive dim sum menu featuring over 68 different variations of dim sum.

The menu devised is completely original, developed over several months of research, with painstaking attention to detail, creating unique flavor profiles for each dish served.

Every dim sum is crafted to perfection and strikes a flawless balance of authenticity packed with wholesome fresh flavors.

Some of the signature dim sum from this new menu include Carrot Truffle and Cream Cheese Dim sum, Cheung Fung (rice paper rolls served with seasoned soy sauce available in veg/chicken/ prawns), Shao Mai (open-faced dumplings available in veg / chicken / prawns / lamb / fish / pork), Lo Mai Gai (classic lotus leaf-wrapped glutinous rice dumplings available in veg/chicken/ prawns / lamb / fish / pork) , Glutinous Rice (rice coated dumplings steamed in own stock available in veg / chicken / prawns / lamb / fish / pork) and Xia Long Bao (soupy dim sum available in veg/chicken/prawns/lamb / fish / pork).

Pa Pa Ya offers a balance of culinary art along with a memorable gastronomic experience and destination dining. Its expansive menu represents influences from Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore, amongst others.
