A new addition to Lower Parel's F&B world, Rivers To Oceans is a seafood paradise for all foodies! Seafood from Japan, Australia, Norway & Alaska will give you a wide range of delicacies and will spare you the expense of traveling the world to find sumptuous spreads made from the finest catch.

R2O opened its doors to Mumbaikars in June and is the brainchild of Dildeep Kalra, Director of Massive Restaurants and Zorawar Kalra’s wife.

Ambience

Coming to the ambience of the restaurant, there's a ‘live kitchen’, with a well-lit ice bed which displays an array of exotic pickings from the sea/rivers for guests to select from.

It is an aquatic-themed restaurant, with aquatic colours (blue, white and sea green) used for its interiors.

The round bar counter is sure to be a major attraction of the restaurant as it has a white marble top with a lit up wall behind it and a well-lit bottle column above it, suspended from the ceiling. The subtle yet intrinsic white marble table and wooden furniture compliments the ripple effect created across the restaurant.

Food

They have a 15-course tasting meal (yes, you heard that right!) — which is available for both non-vegetarians and vegetarians! The 15-course meal is divided into five sections – cold bar, hawker’s street, small plates, big plates and dessert. Each section is paired with a different champagne. They also have a collection of 15 champagnes, one of the biggest collection of champagnes in the city, brought in from across the globe!

The restaurant chefs have curated a special menu at R2O and Zorawar Kalra has given India its first champagne and caviar bar! The international produce will include Scampi from Andhra Pradesh, hamachi from Japan, tuna from the South of Australia and black cod from the Gulf of Alaska. This international spread doesn't mean that the Indian catch will be ignored. Expect the best catch of our country to be served with a varied style of preparation.

So if you're looking to dive into an elegant, plush, multi cuisine seafood restaurant, Rivers To Oceans is the place you would fancy.
