Football School of India (FSI), Thane scored at the start of the first half and one more in the final minute of the same period and went on to record a 2-1 win against Community Football Club of India (CFCI) in an interesting Group-C match of the 2nd WIFA Women's Football League 2019-2020, at the Cooperage ground on Wednesday.

The Thane girls started in rousing fashion and in the very second minute Jyoti Mehra slotted home the opening goal to put FSI in front. CFCI fought on gamely and their opportunistic goal-scorer Delfiya Pereira scored the equalizer in the 18th minute.
