Doctors said Rudransh was diagnosed with profound hearing loss at an early age and was selected for the implant after detailed medical and audiological evaluations. The surgery was performed by the hospital's ENT team, which has been at the forefront of cochlear implant procedures in Maharashtra.
Medical experts explained that cochlear implants can significantly improve hearing and speech development in children with severe hearing disabilities, particularly when performed at a young age.
