Patients’ relatives are donning ward boys hat in JJ hospital

Turns out that the resident doctors’ strike has been called off. The sloppy attitude of the hospital staff and ward boys had been brought to light as the RTI Activist, Anil Galgali visited the JJ Hospital on Monday regarding some work. 

Galgali saw relatives of patients steering them on the stretcher towards hospital premise. There is no ward boy around at the time of service. Anil Galgali captured the video in the mobile and tweeted tagging Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, State health Minister Dr Deepak Sawant and Dean Dr Tatyarao Lahane.

Mumbai Live contacted Dr Tatyarao Lahane concerning the matter, to which he stated that Galgali made a video showing that there are supernatural activities in JJ hospital which went viral. Lahane refused to say that video is not of JJ hospital. 

There are 3,000 patients in OPD and we have only 37 ward boys and nurses to take care of them, in such a case if patients’ relatives take them on the stretcher it’s a good sign.
