The most important step in financial planning is maintaining a health insurance and so, the central government has announced a plan for health insurance in this year’s financial budget. Following the example, Wockhardt Hospital has opened a KIOSK desk in association with 'The New India Assurance Company' to provide health insurance services to patients.

In order to make people aware of the importance of health insurance, Bombay Central’s Wockhardt hospital started a kiosk (desk). This desk will solve issues related to cashless insurance, health insurance queries, questions related to the terms of the policy, and it will also help in increasing the awareness of medical insurance,” Dr. Parag Rindani, Wockhardt Hospital's, Centre Head.

Though health insurance is important, 80 per cent families are deprived of it. A lot of times, many families have to sell their belongings to pay the hospital bill.

Our ‘Best Care Desk’ has been set up where representatives and doctors will be available. Policyholders will be able to treat themselves with a hassle-free cashless method,” Siddharth Pradhan, General Manager, The New India Assurance Company.
