Consultants appointed by MMRDA will now evaluate the bids and will hand out the contract to the right company

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) today opened financial bids submitted by the eligible contractors to construct a car depot at Mandale for the Metro-2B project which runs from D N Nagar to Mandale.


The eight qualified bidders are:

1) JV of M/s SAM (India) Built Well Pvt Ltd. & M/s Al Fara’s Infraprojects Pvt Ltd

2) M/s JMC Projects (India) Ltd

2) JV of M/s Relcon Infraprojects Ltd. & M/s Ashwini Infradevelopments Pvt Ltd

4) M/s Ahluwalla Contracts (India) Ltd

5) M/s Simplex Infrastructure Ltd

6) M/s NCC Limited

7) JV of M/s MBZ and M/s RCC Infra Ventures Ltd

8) M/s Reliance Infrastructure Ltd


The general consultants appointed by MMRDA will now evaluate the bids and a successful contractor will be accorded administrative approval in the executive committee meeting of the authority.

Metro Line 2B from D N Nagar to Mandale is 23.643 km. long elevated corridor with 22 stations.
