MHADA Lottery: 5,952 applications filed for 217 lottery houses in Mumbai

After Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) announced that they will soon declare the lottery for 217 houses, the Mumbai board received more than 5,952 applications on March 11 till 7:30 PM.

Moreover, the MHADA Mumbai board expects more applications to come. The last date for sending the application is April 13 while the lottery will be declared on April 21.

Of the 217 lottery houses, 170 houses are reserved for Low Income Group (LIG) and 47 houses for Middle Income Group (MIG). Furthermore, MHADA has initiated online registrations for 276 shops in Mumbai and Konkan. 

The interested buyers can deposit 10 per cent of the shop’s price and can participate in the e-auction. With this, the buyers can register for the same till March 30.

The e-auction is scheduled on April 2 at 11:00 AM and will continue till April 5 at 2:00 PM. Nearly after a decade, the shops have been put on sale by MHADA.
