Mumbai - Trimax IT infrastructure and Services Ltd. will keep on providing the Electronic Ticket Issuing Machines (ETIM) for BEST buses. BEST employees, passengers as well as the BEST committee was not happy with the performance of Trimax, but the Trimax contract has been extended by another six years. This was decided in the meeting conducted on Thursday. The BEST currently has no option other than Trimax, which already has a Rs 100 crore contract with the BEST.
