As the Inclusive Housing Scheme in CIDCO’s Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Area i.e. NAINA has received a good response from citizens, the extension has been granted till 27th October, 2023 for the online registration of the scheme so that maximum citizens can avail the benefit of the scheme. The online lottery draw for the scheme will be conducted on 22nd November, 2023.
As per the approved DCPR of the NAINA project, there is a provision to develop housing for the economically weaker sections and lower income groups under the Inclusive Housing Scheme in plots having an area of 4000 sq.m or more. Thus, 20% of the total area of the plot has been made available in the NAINA project area through private developers for economically weaker section and lower income group tenements. On September 19, 2023, a housing scheme of 181 tenements was launched. Under the scheme, 17 tenements for economically weaker section and 164 tenements for low income group have been made available for sale.

CIDCO’s role is only limited to select the eligible applicants through lottery draw and send the list of eligible applicants to the developers. For online registration and other processes the website https://lottery.cidcoindia.com has been provided.
According to the online registration, the extension has also been granted for other processes like submission of application, payment, publishing the draft list of applicants and the computerized lottery draw. The revised schedule regarding this has been made available on the above mentioned website.
