Mumbai - When you win a house in MHADA lottery, it's a dream come true. MHADA was to provide houses for the hawkers, veggie sellers, auto-rickshaw drivers, economically weak section, divorced women, acid attack victims and much more. This report is in backlog from past three years. Special reservation must be given to them in MHADA lottery scheme. MBMC Chief Sanjay Lakhe told," Decision in regard to special reservation in this report will be taken shortly." A committee was formed under the guidance of Upa-Lokayukta Suresh Kumar, who enlisted this plea in the report. Since it is getting procrastinated every term, time will tell whether there will be any relief for the upper mentioned section in the MHADA lottery scheme.
