It's the time of year when going well dressed to a party is passe. For the last few days, Mumbai is witnessing parties where you can see vampires, witches and clowns tinkling glasses with each other. These Halloween parties also called All Hallows’ Eve, is a yearly holiday observed on 31 October as festival of the dead. Due to the Diwali celebration this year Halloween parties are postponed to the following weekend. The Den, Bandra will be throwing a Halloween party
