Our aim is creating the first of its kind Pilates festival in India so that all ages, sexes embrace this exercise form and make it a lifestyle. We invite you to have this extraordinary experience with the pioneers of internal Pilates, all whilst being close to nature in a beautiful environment to begin a transformation for one’s own body in tandem with the mind.”, says Yasmin Karachiwala, the first master celebrity trainer for Pilates in India.

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavour, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination - both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program. One can see the results of Pilates in just 15-30 days of practising.

During the course of the days, these Pilates instructors will share with you their knowledge and insights, gained over years of practice. Their sagacity elevates them to the position of mentors rather than just ordinary instructors. The Pilates Festival India assures that you will leave the festival with new perspectives, wisdom, and a fresh appreciation of Pilates.

In order for you to make the most out of this programme, Pilates Festival India has created a perfect daily schedule that offers a plethora of sessions all day long, interspersed perfectly with learning sessions by our Master Trainers, for you to make the crucial connections between theory and practice. Completing this holistic experience with healthy meals, massage therapies and all facilities offered at Atmantan at exclusive rates to accompany your fitness and healthy routine.

It’s not all about being thin, being thin is not being fit. It is important to understand that even if you are thin, you need to do something to enhance your fitness.”
