The India Nightlife Convention & Awards (INCA) is an initiative by Kickstart Entertainment & National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI) which brings together and celebrates the thought leaders of the nightlife industry across the country. Heineken is the proud presenting sponsor with Chivas promoting this convention that encourages brotherhood among the hospitality sector, entrepreneurs and specialists for its 4th edition.
The convention is educative and encapsulates ways and means towards the creation of progressive and distinctive nightlife culture in India. It is graced with pioneers of the global nightlife industry including Mr. Mirik Milan and Mr. Lutz Leichsenring – Founders of Creative Footprint and Vibe Lab, Mr. Ramon de Lima – Night culture advocate, event producer, and music journalist, Ms. Anya Sapozhnikova – Co-founder and Creative Director at House of Yes to name a few. The convention sees panel discussions on the dynamic and evolving nightlife culture by highlighting their prime points, journey, accomplishments and path-breaking initiatives that should be introduced. The various workshops and panel discussions are held over two days. They are curated to touch upon innovative policies of this evolving industry, which contributes heavily to the nation’s economy.
On each day, the convention is followed by a glamorous Award ceremony to felicitate the best of the best in the nightlife & hospitality industry. Day one is dedicated to appreciating and recognizing the greatest standalone in different cities. Day two marks the end of this extravagant celebration by commemorating the achievements of establishments across the country. The jury for this prestigious award consists of 125 members from all over the country that participated in regular jury meetups in each city to select the finest, making it one of the most transparent awards in the country.
