How difficult is it to mind 'our' own business and NOT rant about a celebrity's announcement?

Yes.. We are venting it out..!

There is always a thin line between personal and professional life and everyone wants others to respect it. But sadly, when it comes to Bollywood, there is no such thing as personal life. We think and believe that each and every celebrity owes their life to us... and we make it a commitment to be a part it. That's the power of social media, sadly.

It is tough to understand the mentality on social media. A celebrity sharing anything personal for the fans, as an info, becomes a topic of discussion and unfortunately becomes everyone's business, even though it is now. Their decisions bother some and that makes them.

Be it Shahrukh Khan naming his son ‘Abram’ or Saif Ali Khan naming his son as ‘Taimur Ali Khan’. In both cases, we took the issue in our hands as if it is not theirs but our children. These are just two of the few incidents when we went frenzy about celebrities decisions

People said it was time for Karan Johar coming out of his closet. But why? One fine day, the famous filmmaker Karan Johar launched the much popular book about his life, ‘An Unsuitable Boy’ and in some lines did come out of the closet. Infact, he opened his life completely for the people he loved and vice versa. While some people acknowledged the efforts, there were speculations going around of the same, Karan Johar kind of made it official.

But when this happened, what did the people do? Instead of welcoming the group of audience started abusing him for his sexual orientation. It's almost three months, his book was launched, and the criticism is still in the air. Why can't we just let him be?

The same happened with the then 'just born' Taimur Ali Khan, who was abused to the extreme levels, for being named after some some warrior who killed many in a war.

The moment he was announced Taimur, twitterati made it their own concern, as if they were in some way related to the baby. The rage on the platform about selection of the name was so high, that some insensitive souls infact sent hateful messages about his death, on twitter.

If you recollect, even popular TV celebrity Karan Singh Grover was also trolled for his third marriage. In India, marrying multiple times is usually not acceptable. As a society, it is not appreciated, but poking nose into others' life is one of our business. And when it is done by celebrity, then it's a personal commitment to bash them, for going against our so-called Sanskars. The actor recently got married to the popular Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu, but instead of staying away from it or wishing the best, we chose to be bitter.

So after 6 unsuccessful relationship, 2 divorces for d time being its bips...any guesses who is next on karan Singh Grover 's list?

Right after Taimur controversy got over, his mom, Kareena 'bebo' Kapoor was trolled post pregnancy for losing weight. It was followed right after the first ranting, and this time for her conversation with dietican Rujuta Diwekar and Kareena Kapoor Khan talking. Some of us took it in good spirits while others were unhappy about it. Many commented saying that how can she lose weight post pregnancy, it is a natural thing, she should let things happen on their own. But aren't we forgetting, that to each his own. Well, It was clearly forgotten that it was her choice for her body, and she opted to lose weight post pregnancy and resume her work. But this did not go well with the beloveds. We could not watch Kareena Kapoor Khan talking about post pregnancy diet and shedding weight. How insensitive!

“u r a nice actress kareena.. u r highly paid and dats y u cud afford rujuta.. so if u r losing weight after pregnancy bcoz of Rujuta and ur hard work so dere s no "out of the world" thing u r doing, its jst over hyped. u said u r working, taking care of son and husband. first of all u wud b hvng n nmbrs of grannys, servant, cooks, care takers to do ur daily cores u persnly wont b cooking, brooming ur house, taking full care of ur son, so nothng great in that. u r just born wit a golden spoon. real salute to dose mums who are working and still taking care of their families fully on their own they know the real struggle of loosing weight post pregnancy, coming back in shape and they shud be shown dere stories are more inspiring not yours, this interview is just to get more clients for rujuta. M sure she wont give any free sessions to any needy women or man who actually requires a proper diet plan bt cnt afford her. she concerned only about her figure” wrote a fan
(we did not choose to correct the grammar. Wonder what the person did with all the free time shortening words).

Many Bollywood celebrities have been known to go under the knife, and recently, Ayesha Takia was a under the scanner. Two months back, her pic was making headlines and that was for her lip job. So we got restless and started body shaming her. We didn't spare her on twitter or Instagram. How could she do this? Why would she do something like to herself?

Now think, did she have any reason to ask anybody else but her dear ones?
We did not like her new avatar and so we spoke our heart out. Was it just speaking?

Right after she was trolled on social networking website for her lip job, she took to Instagram and posted her pic slamming the trollers.

It is true that social media is a platform for opinons and to share the same. But why is it being used to insult others' choice and why is it being used to interfere with someone else's business. It is clear... celebrities are here to entertain us and they do not owe their life to us. There is no reason for us to rant.

If you can't be sweet or nice, do not be bitter or dirty, at least! Keep that to yourself!

Thank you...
