On Sunday Marine Drive BJP spokesperson Shaina NC had organized a yoga camp at Marine Drive. The main motto of this camp was to make people stress free.
Senior citizens, as well as youngsters, participated in the camp. “Yoga plays an important role in maintaining health and so this should be taught in schools,” said Dr, H Nagendra, International Yog teacher.
Shaina NC said that due to yoga one becomes stress-free and it also boosts one's energy and so everyone should make yoga part of their daily routine.
