Now you can enjoy water sports at Juhu beach!

Water sports will be shut during the monsoons and will commence post Diwali

Mumbaikars, now there is no need to go to Goa or Kerala to enjoy water sports because the same has been started at Mumbai's Juhu beach by the Mumbai Maritime Board (MMB).

In order to promote tourism and to create employment opportunities for locals, the MMB decided to beautify the beaches from Mumbai to Konkan. Six-months-ago, the MMB had decided to commence water sports at Juhu, Gurgaon, Versova, Marve, Vasai Jetty and Bhayander. Tenders were invited for the same, which was then finalised and Juhu Beach saw the light of the day.

Sailing By Water Sports Pvt. Ltd is looking after Juhu water sports. The water sports ride ranges between ₹200 and ₹500. On the very first day, 150 Mumbaikars enjoyed the water sports. 


Rides and rates 

Three rides- ₹600
Five rides- ₹1000
Fly Fish ride- ₹200
Banana Ride- ₹200
Bumper Ride- ₹200
Jet Ski Ride- ₹300

As per the MMB officials, water sports will be available until May 25, 2018, and during the monsoons, it will be kept closed. Post-Diwali, Mumbaikars will get to enjoy the water sports again.
