Makers of upcoming historical drama, Panipat, releases the new poster. The epic drama between Sadashiv Rao Bhau vs Ahmad Shah Abdali will release on December 6, 2019.
The film is based on the Third Battle of Panipat, which is one of the most epic battles in the history of India that took place on 14 January 1761 at Panipat. The action-packed film is produced by Sunita Gowariker and Rohit Shelatkar's company – Vision World, features Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in lead roles.
The week 46 ratings of television shows were released by BARC recently, and HSM data (paid) suggests that Zee TV's popular shows Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya are topping the charts consistently. In a podcast with HFPA, Actor Robert Pattinson spoke about his Twilight audition and said that he had decided to nearly quit acting before, because his audition for the movie went so badly. Talking about the same, he said,
It was the scene when (Edward) had a guitar and my agent was like, 'Take your guitar into the audition.' I just walked in and they were like, 'Oh. You brought a guitar. Do you want to play us a song,' and I was like, 'No. This is the worst decision I ever made'. I was saying no and they were like, 'You just brought a guitar just to hold it? Why did you bring a guitar in?' My entire confidence just s**t the bed. "The audition was one of the worst auditions I did in my whole life. I remember calling my parents and saying, 'I'm done, I can't torture myself anymore,' and the next day I got a 'Twilight' audition."
In a popular stand-up comedy show, musician Vishal Dadlani used his time on stage to talk about something he posts about frequently — the importance of paying attention to mental health — citing his own experience with anxiety. His inbox now is filled with fans thanking him for talking about the issue on the show. Addressing the same, Dadlani, on his part, said, "I hope people find their way of dealing with all of it, whether through therapy or whatever works for them. Saying it is step one. She has acquired the rights of author Shuma Raha's 'The Swap' to be adapted into a Mega Web Series which will go on floor in early 2020 under her production banner Almighty Motion Picture.
Rani Mukherji's upcoming film Mardaani 2 is revolves around social issues, with a backdrop of Kota. The trailer of the film was appreciated but residents of Kota did not appreciate this reflection of the city. Keeping the same in mind, director Gopi Puthran has issued clarification on the Kota controversy and said,
"Mardaani 2 addresses a huge societal issue of rape and the rise of horrific crimes committed by juveniles in India. One is deeply moved when such shocking incidents happen and as a writer I wanted to voice this issue and bring to light a terrible reality that today’s India and its youth faces. Mardaani 2 has been inspired by all such incidents that rocked the country and left us all scarred. Despite all the inspirations, Mardaani 2 at the end of the day is a film and not a documentary and it should be seen as that. Kota has been used by us as the setting for this film only. We are, in no way, suggesting that such events or incidents happen in Kota and there was no intention to tarnish the reputation of the city. If this has hurt or upset the sentiments of residents of the city, we are deeply regretful."
The Production Headquarters UK to release a new film titled 'Khabees'. The film will be produced by Mohaan Nadaar, directed by Sarim Momin, and will star Mustafa Bumawala, Tanisha Mukherjee, Siddhanth Kapoor, Aradhana Dhawan, Bharat Dabholkar and Chirag Bajaj. This is the sixth film produced this year by Production Headquarters Ltd (UK) and the films are exclusively shot in the UK with a crew from all over the world.

Farhan Akhtar will soon be seen as a boxer in Excel entertainment's upcoming sports drama, Toofan. Sharing the news with the fans, the director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra shared the shooting of the first shot of the film on his social media, with a message that read, "#Toofan - getting ready for the first shot always - nervous."
This is the second time Farhan Akhtar and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra are working together after Bhag Milkha Singh, and the film also stars Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal and Isha Talwar in supporting roles. Toofan is is slated to release on October 2, 2020.
