On Thursday, May 11, the Supreme Court will deliver judgments in the case which is related to Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde factions following the rift in the Shiv Sena party.
The party which is in central is not doing good for the country. We want all the parties across India to come together and fight against those who are against the democracy. There are efforts going on to create tension in the country on the basis of religion. We want unity in diversity.
It seems democracy is being strangled. We are trying to bring democracy loving parties together. I am happy that SC verdict was not just for Shiv Sena but was for democracy. Governor's role was illegal and he was criticised. Governor was respected, however, the way this post is being misused raises lot of questions.
I just want to say one thing, people who believed that today our government will collapse, were utterly disappointed.
The CJI said that the governor's decision is wrong. The SC also declared speaker's decision wrong. We are happy that truth has prevailed. We agree, that Uddhav Thackeray resigned before the floor test, hence, the government cannot be reinstated and he was denied relief. Its a the victory of the constitution. I hope the speaker will not delay.
He stated that Shinde government is unconstitutional.
