On Thursday, May 11, the Supreme Court will deliver judgments in the case which is related to Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde factions following the rift in the Shiv Sena party.
While talking to the media, Koshiyari said it is been three months he has resigned as Maha Governor. He said he is not a law student, he knows constitution and he acted like one. When he took a decision, he felt it was right at that moment. He added that when Uddhav Thackeray offered him his resignation, he accepted it as he didn't see any other alternative.

Former CM resigned on ethical basis, he knew that he had no majority. Hence, governor took the decision and we formed the government as we had majority. We have respected Balasaheb Thackeray's values and we are the ones who have saved Balasaheb's Shiv Sena.
There is rules, constitution, and no one is above it. We formed the government by fulfilling all the necessary guidelines and today SC approved it. Many people used to call our government as unconstitutional, however, today, SC have shut them all up.
He said he resigned on ethical basis, however, the truth is, he got scared that he will fail in floor test and people were leaving him. Fearing failure, he resigned. Uddhav Thackeray has no right to talk about ethics.
Disqualification of petitions is with speaker and the latter will take the decision, as said by the SC. Disqualification that are imposed against MLAs will still have all the power.
The decision of approving the whip depends on the speaker
I could not agree that people who betrayed me questioned my integrity. I believe that those who are in power must resign if they have any integrity.
