One needs to have the capability to do something different with party anthems: Neeraj Shridhar

This week's release Jhootha Kahin Ka has managed to garner eye-balls, especially due to the cast and the party anthem in the song. The film boasts of talented stars like Rishi Kapoor, Sunny Singh, Omkar Kapoor, Jimmy Sheirgill, Lillete Dubey and Manoj Joshi, and is directed by Punjabi hit filmmaker Smeep Kang.

Before the release of the film, the makers released the party song from their music album ‘Saturday Night’ sung by Neeraj Shridhar and Jyotica Tangri. The film has become popular for its music, striking lights and glamour; and stars Natasha Stankovic, Sunny Singh, Omkar Kapoor, and the dapper rapper Enbee.

Talking about the same, singer, Neeraj Shridhar, said, "Anurag Bedi called me to sing this song, after which Amjad and Nadeem gave me a brief about the same. The song is sounding pretty good."

On being asked if singing a party song today is difficult, he said, "No, it is not difficult to sing a party anthem today. One needs to have the right attitude and understand the song, thereby have the capability to do something different. Otherwise, all the party songs will sound the same. Hence, adding the own style would make it different. The song stands out in many ways, with freaky lines. The composers have done a good job with the melody. The team has made it sound like a good party song."

Neeraj is currently working on quite a few projects and said that they'll soon be released once he completes composing and arranging the same.

'Jhootha Kahin Ka' is directed by Smeep Kang and produced by Anuj Sharma and Deepak Mukut under the banner of Shantketan Entertainment Films and presented by Soham Rockstars Entertainment.
