BJP eyes Konkani voters
Mumbai - BJP has set the eyes on the BMC election. Planning out strategies to outdo the competitors is gaining momentum. As part of this, BJP is organising a mega fair to lure Konkani voters. Konkani people dwell in huge numbers in Bhandup, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli and Mulund. This is believed to be traditional Shiv Sena bastion. To make ground here, BJP is planing to appoint one person from every village in Konkan who is residing in this belt. This person will co-ordinate with BJP leaders to raise and solve various problems in the village at the ministerial level in Mantralaya. Gracing the fair would be Mumbai BJP President Ashish Shelar, MP Kirit Somaiya, Sindhudurg President Pramod Jathar and others.
