After the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIM) panel ruled out the murder in Sushant Singh Rajput case, Shiv Sena has demanded an apology from politicians and news channels who “defamed” Mumbai Police and Maharashtra.

However, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nilesh Rane has advised Shiv Sena to not get excited before the CBI report comes out. The Sushant Singh Rajput death case was transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from Mumbai Police after pressure the opposition.

Recently, the report by the AIIMS Forensic Medical Board termed the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput as a case of hanging and death by suicide while ruling out the murder angle. Referring to the same, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that the theories around the actor’s death were a conspiracy to malign Maharashtra’s image.

Reacting to this, Rane said that Shiv Sena shouldn’t play DJ as much is still pending. Shiv Sean has started jumping thinking that the SSR death case was settled, the BJP leader taunted.

“After AIIMS report on the SSR case, Shiv Sena started jumping thinking that the case was settled. The CBI report is still pending. Don't play DJ as there is much still pending,” Rane tweeted in Marathi.

Meanwhile, it is being claimed that Dr Sudhir Gupta, head of the AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, can be heard saying in an audiotape that SSR was murdered.

Therefore, the family of Bollywood Actor Sushant Singh Rajput intends to request the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that a fresh forensic team should be formed. They say that the AIIMS report was inconclusive.
