Mulund- Upcoming BMC elections are creating chaos amongst aspiring political candidates.
At Mulund's ward no 106, which has been declared 'open', the field is open to all aspiring candidates. MNS' Sujata Pathak who is a local corporator from ward no 106 has now decided to focus on ward no. 105 which is now reserved for women. It is being speculated that Nandkumar Vaiti, who belongs to ward no. 105 will fight elections from ward no 106.
Meanwhile, MP Kirit Somaiya’s son Neil Somaiya is also planning to fight elections from ward no 106. Will this cause sleepless nights for Pathak? The MNS lady is however maintaining a stiff upper lip and saying that she will accept the party’s decision.
