“We are not against waiving loan to farmers and we will try our best to initiate the same,” said CM Devendra Fadnavis, at a customary tea meeting. During this meet, he said that opposition leaders are upset over the BMC election results. He added that though Shiv Sena and BJP are at logger heads in BMC, they rule together in the state.

“Budget will be presented on 18 March. We have given Rs. 894 crore for Kharip and Rabbi crops. However, for Latur, we will be giving Rs. 402 crore. As public godowns are getting full, we will take private godowns for farmers produce,” said Fadnavis.
