Action is likely to be taken against Uddhav Thackeray. Uddhav Thackeray held a press conference on the election day. In this press conference, BJP leader Ashish Shelar complained to the Election Commission that BJP was targeted along with the Election Commission.


The Central Election Commission has ordered the State Election Commission to conduct an inquiry in this regard. The Election Commission will check Uddhav Thackeray's entire press conference. If there is anything controversial in this, action will be taken against Uddhav Thackeray.


In 13 constituencies of the state including Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, the voting percentage fell in the elections held on May 20. People were seen standing in long queues to vote. But due to the slowness of the election process, the voting was delayed. Voters stood in the queue for 4 to 5 hours in the hot sun. Due to the lack of adequate facilities at the polling station and the delay in voting, many people chose to go home. Elderly voters and women suffered enormously while standing in queues.

Uddhav Thackeray was angry because of the delay in voting in Mumbai. Uddhav Thackeray held a press conference at Sena Bhavan in the evening accusing the Election Commission of bias. Uddhav Thackeray had objected to the slow pace of voting in Mumbai. Thackeray accused the Election Commission of being biased. In Mumbra, only 11 people voted in one hour, for which Sanjay Raut slammed the BJP and Shiv Sena Shinde group.


BJP leader Ashish Shelar had complained to the Election Commission against Uddhav Thackeray. The complaint said that Uddhav Thackeray held a press conference and made false and misleading statements. At the same time, he falsely accused the ruling BJP and also accused the Election Commission. This is a violation of the code of conduct and Ashish Shelar had requested the Election Commission through a letter to take action against it.
