Maharashtra's Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar on Saturday presented the state's budget on Saturday that had concessions for farmers but no loan waiver as was being demanded by the Opposition.

- The tax on the milk testing kit has been reduced to 0.
- 5% tax reduced to 0, on fuel for 10 airports.
- Reduction in surcharges to promote cashless transactions.
- 0 % tax on Gas and Electricity bodies.
- 25.03% tax on domestic, foreign and Indian liquor by 23.08.
