Maratha Kranti Morcha coordinator Virendra Pawar, in a press conference held in Dadar, told the reporters that the movement is being withdrawn for the time being so that the people can return to where they came from. He further thanked everyone for their support.

Virendra Pawar said that the Maratha community has been carrying out silent protests for the last two years but it has always fallen on deaf ears of the Fadnavis-government. The state instead made irresponsible statements hurting the sentiments of the Maratha community.
