Following Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray addressing the public in the midst of the political crisis arising in the state, rebel, Eknath Shinde, a senior Shiv Sena leader remarked that it is important to get out of the unnatural alliance.
Shinde believes that Shiv Sena is getting weaker unlike the other allies in the MVA government. Following, Thackeray's live, Shinde took to Twitter to voice that it is important to get out of the unnatural front of the survival of Shiv Sena and Shiv Sainiks.

He opined that a decision needs to be taken now in the interest of the state. Shinde added that in the two and half years of the MVA government, only the other alliance party, which includes the Congress and NCP have benefited. While the Shiv Sainiks were overwhelmed.
Shinde voiced that whilst the other alliance parties are getting stronger, Shiv Sena and Shiv Sainiks are systematically getting embezzled.
Earlier in the evening, Thackeray in his address to the public declared that if his party workers do not want him to be the CM of the state they should come and tell him that. If they do so he will tender his resignation. Further, he added that if Shiv Sainiks told him he is not capable, he is also willing to step down as the president of the party.
