A meeting of Nationalist Congress Party’s Corporators was held at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre. The meeting was headed by NCP chief Sharad Pawar where Mr Pawar spoke to the Corporators.
There are all nine Corporators out of which 8 Corporators are women.
On this occasion, Pawar said that BMC has only 50 per cent reservation for women but in NCP has 90 per cent reservation for women.
Sunil Tatkarte who was also present at the meeting said that Shiv Sena, would not dare to withdraw its support from the government, and Shiv Sena – BJP will come together and form their government. BMC will be just waiting and watch mode. NCP party has not gone with BJP Shiv Sena and Congress in some places contesting election supporting other parties.
