The Election Commission of India has announced the elections for the teacher and graduate constituencies of Maharashtra Legislative Council. Voting for this election is taking place on 26 June 2024.

The Election Commission of India has accepted the demand of some organisations to extend the voting time. Now the voting time will be from 7 am to 6 pm.

The notification for this election was issued on Friday, May 31, 2024. The Chief Electoral Officer's office said that voting for four seats Mumbai Graduate, Konkan Section Graduate, Nashik Section Teacher and Mumbai Teacher constituency will be held on Wednesday, June 26 and counting of votes will take place on Monday, July 1.
