There have been rumors that I will fight against the Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde in Kalyan. But the party did not tell me anything like that. I am traveling in the state only on the occasion of Mukt Samvad Yatra. One wonders why people find it so challenging to fight against Srikant Shinde. Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray party leader Sushma Andhare expressed this opinion while talking to the media here on Wednesday that they are a mountain of difficulties to solve the problems of the people, but we do not find it difficult or challenging to challenge them in the elections.

Andhare came to Kalyan on the occasion of Mukt Samvad Yatra. “Many people are thinking that I will fight against Shrikant Shinde. I have no message from the party in this regard”. Andhare said that we will see when the message comes. Considering the overall environment, it will not be easy for Shrikant Shinde to get elected to Kalyan Lok Sabha in the coming time. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is presenting his image as a farmer's son in the public mind. He will not be able to present that image of his son Shrikanth to the public. Andhare remarked that because he is the son of a wealthy father, a chief minister who is skilled in breaking the party.

“Home department is like a toothless tiger in the state. So no one is afraid of the police. Now there have been incidents of shooting not in secluded places but directly in the police station. In Ulhasnagar, the ruling BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad Shinde's pro-Shiv Sena shot at the city chief in the police station, which means that the rift between the ruling Shinde-Fadnavis has now come forward in the form of a gang war”, Andhare said.
