Political parties across many areas in the state have started preparing for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly Elections. Acting upon the same, for his party, Yuva Sena chief, Aditya Thackeray also recently expressed his thoughts after the dates for the elections were declared. The young politician exclaimed how the 'festival of democracy' is here and people had to choose to build a 'new Maharashtra'.
He took to Twitter to share his thought with a message that read
Maharashtra elections have been called for! The festival of democracy and the right to choose your own government, your own destiny is now!
— Aaditya Thackeray (@AUThackeray) September 21, 2019
“हीच ती वेळ नवा महाराष्ट्र घडवण्याची”
But his tweet received many responses which he might have not expected. Some Twitterati replied to the tweet asking him to bring the change later and fix potholes in the city on an urgent basis. Here are some of the responses the young leader received
आधी आमचं कल्याण-डोंबिवली खड्डेमुक्त करा मग नवीन महाराष्ट्र घडवायच बघा..

It was evident that this resident was frustrated by the age-old issue of potholes in Kalyan-Dombivli area. The user asked him to fill the potholes first and then envision building a new Maharashtra.

Or else come by Helicopter to ask for Vote
This person provided Thackeray with an alternate solution, in case, the issue of potholes isn't resolved.

Well, while these tweets make a point, they also share one common thought, where Mumbaikars are only wanting immediate action than aiming to achieve something 'new' and big.
