It is very important to explain the ill effects of addiction to the citizens who are addicted to tobacco. If you are a smoker, try to quit. If you are a non-addict, encourage others to quit. Citizens who smoke and are addicted to tobacco have a 50 per cent higher risk of serious illness and death.
