You must be wondering how he keeps himself healthy at this age. Well, he gives the credit to his diet and regular exercise. “I feel good when I run. From the start, I have been doing exercise. I don’t sit in one place but I go for a walk for 2-3 km. See, running helps one to maintain one’s health. I will advise youngsters to eat proper food and do regular exercise. I felt like running with youngsters and so I thought of participating in the marathon,” said Dagdu Bhambre. His daughter Mrunalini Amrutkar said that she feels proud of his father. “My father is participating in the marathon and I am very proud of him. Though he is 103 years old, he is still healthy as he follows a good diet,” said Bhambre’s daughter.
