Churchgate- Australia embark on a 4 test series in India with a team that is in a transtional phase.
Steve Smith and company have had varied results in the past 12 months and they are looking for a more stable team combination. With 9 consecutive test losses in Asia, Steve Smith is dreaming of an unexpected series win.
The 4 tests will b played at Pune, Bengaluru, Ranchi and Dharamshala. But they start their campaign with a warm up game against India A in Mumbai.
The India A team will be lead by Hardik Pandya. The team also includes Ranji top-scorer Priyank Panchal of Gujarat, Services batsman G Rahul Singh, Stumper Rishab Pant, Ankit Bawne from Maharashtra, chinaman Kuldeep Yadav and highest wicket taker this season in Ranji Trophy Shahbaz Nadeem.
India A will be looking forward to stump the aussies with something innovative to dent their confidence before the test in Pune.
