Prabhu Jolly Young Cricketers team won the Balkrishna Bapat Memorial Shield Suburban Cricket Tournament by defeating Khandala Cricket Club. The latter team had Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar who did not comment on his defeat. This match took place at Wankhede Stadium.
Khandala Sports Club did batting and made 35 runs in the first five overs but also lost two of its players. At the end of the game, Khandala Sports Club made 134 runs. Prabhu Jolly team made 30 runs in the first four overs. However, in next over, the team lost its one player. Later they made 100 runs and lost five players. But they won the game by one over. Ravindra Vishwakarma was felicitated as Man of The Match who made 56 runs in 35 balls.
