Mumbai to host Powerboat Racing 2017

Mumbai - Bombay High Court has granted permission for International Grand Prix powerboat racing on Wednesday. The event is scheduled for March 3 on Friday. Foreign teams are also participating in the powerboat racing which includes USA and UK. The racing competition will end on March 5 (Day 3). 

Teams from Uttan, Mahim, Worli, Colaba, Cuffe Parade and Girgaon will participate in the racing. The race will be screened live at the Mirchi Race Village. The winners will receive a cash reward of $ 1,25,000. 

The 1st runner-up will be awarded the cash prize of $ 60,000 and 2nd runner-up will be felicitated with the cash reward of $ 30,000.
