Vikhroli - Minor (12) was raped brutally by her own father (37). Minor used to stay with her family in Vikhroli (west), she was threatened by her father and then was raped. Father was arrested by police and then taken to Parksite police station, reported Senior Police Inspector Rajendra Kulkarni. Father is booked under POCSO (Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act).
