This December, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Matt Hardy will be visiting India for a four-day tour. During his visit, the wrestler will interact with Indian fans and discuss how the athletes in the country can pursue their dream of being a WWE superstar.

As a part of the tour, Hardy will visit Mumbai from December 4 to December 6 and will be in Chennai on December 7. The wrestler along with his brother Jeff Hardy had revolutionised tag team wrestling in 'The Attitude Era' and the duo have battled out against the iconic pair of The Dudley Boyz, Edge, and Christian among their various encounters.

Matt Hardy, who had burst onto the scene in 1994 as a 19-year-old, decided to call the day off in September 2018 when he declared he might not return to WWE again.

Meanwhile, Rajesh Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer, Distribution and Head - Sports Business, Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) said,

We are constantly exploring ways to increase fan engagement and acquire new audiences for WWE in India. To this end, we work closely with WWE to facilitate talent visits in different markets."

He added that Hardy is a superstar amongst wrestling fans and he hopes that the Indian fans like his presence in the country.
