Curry Road – Pankaj Pawar and Kajal Kumari won the men’s and women’s singles trophy in the state-level 1st Synco Carrom championship organised by the Sports Syndicate India Private Limited. Winner Pankaj Pawar was presented a cash prize of Rs 25,000 and a trophy while runner up Yogesh Dongade was presented cash prize of Rs 14,000 and the trophy. Women’s winner Kajal Kumari was given away cash prize of Rs 15,000 and the trophy while runner up Maitreyi Gogate was given away cash prize of Rs 10,000 and the trophy.
