Sony TV's popular singing reality show, Indian Idol, has reached the 11th season this year. The channel recently announced the show, and the auditions for the same, are being held across the country. Soon, the last phase of auditions will be held in Mumbai.
Over the years many popular names like Mini Mathur, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Maniesh Paul, Meiyang Chang, and others have hosted the popular show. Joining the league this year is singer Aditya Narayan, who took to his Instagram account to announce the same, with a message that read, "Ek nayi shuruat. Happy to share that I will be hosting 'Indian Idol 11'. Wish me luck."
Hosting a show is not new for Aditya Narayan, as he has been doing the same, for many years now. Besides this, he was recently seen as a host of Colors TV's Rising Star, as a participant in Khatron Ke Khiladi, and Khatra Khatra Khatra.
The previous season of the show was judged by Anu Malik (who was replaced by Javed Ali), Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani. But it is being said that ace singer Neeti Mohan will be seen as the mentor of the show this year. However, no official announcements have been made so far.
