ATVM (Automatic Ticket Vending Machines) on the railway platforms are in poor condition. The commuters have to stand in long queues to get the ticket because the machines set up on the platforms are defunct. Mumbai Live did a reality check to know
The machine was set up to ease the facility of buying the ticket, as commuters had to stand in long queues. To save the time commuters utilise ATVM but since the machine is not in working condition it is of no help to commuters.
