BEST to introduce new routes for Metro 2A and 7 travellers from January 20

The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi will inaugurate new Mumbai Metro Line 2A and line 7 which runs from Gundavali metro on 19 January, Thursday. The line 2A will run from Dahisar to DN Nagar in Andheri West and Line 7 will run from Dahisar East to Gundavali, Andheri East. 

To ease the travelling of the commuters who will be using the new Mumbai Metro line, the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST) will be starting feeder routes connecting Metro stations from January 20, 2023.

For Metro 2A
Bus route A 295:
This ring-route bus between Shanti Ashram and Charkop will take halts at Eksar, Borivali Metrorail station, Gorai depot, and Pahadi Aksar Metro rail. First bus will leave at 7 am and the last bus will leave at 10:30 pm from Shanti Ashram. 


For Metro 7
Bus route A 283:
This bus will leave from Dindoshi bus station and will take halts at Dindoshi metro station, Kurar metro station, Akurli metro station and the end stop will be Damu Nagar. The first bus will leave at 6:30 am from Dindoshi bus station and the last bus will leave around 10:00 pm. Another bus will leave at 7:00 am from Damu Nagar and the last bus will leave at 10:30 pm.

For Metro 2A and Metro 7
Bus route A 216:
This bus will leave from N L Complex and will take halts at Dahisar (E), Ovaripada metro station, Rashtriya Udyan metro station and Borivali station. The first bus will leave at 6:30am from Borivali bus station and the last bus will leave at 10:00 pm. Another bus will travel from Saraswati Sankul at 07:00 am and the last bus will leave around 10:30 pm.
